Our innovative teams are continually developing and delivering products that transform the customer experience. The team also develops and supports our evolving network architecture, including next-generation consumer systems and technologies, infrastructure and engineering, network integration and management tools, and technical standards. We offer a flexible working environment to balance the need to work independently wherever you choose, with days that require collaboration at one of our offices. Our roles primarily reside inside or around one of our Tech Hubs (Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs, Denver, Austin, Silicon Valley, Washington DC/N. Virginia). Some roles can work virtual full-time if they are not near a Tech Hub, but that is dependent upon the needs of the position and amount of collaboration required.
Job Summary

TPX while working hands-on with our engineers to bring those initiatives to life. This role guides and grows our Dojo, which consists of a group of engineers and technical program managers who build and execute our coaching plan. We're looking for a teammate who is transformation minded, deeply steeped in DevOps culture, capable of building a strategy and goals for this team, and an excellent communicator with a passion to share our work across **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.. Job Description
Core Responsibilities 
Own the development and strategy for the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. Dojo team; work within a team to define the business goals, track and measure the success of projects delivered to our internal customers through KPI's. 
Implement the strategy that enables the Dojo team to efficiently implement current and future training and development initiatives
Advocate for the Dojo across **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. TPX, and provide insight to include the successes of implementing our agile practices through internal and external speaking engagements. 
Collaborate effectively with the Architecture, Engagement, and Open Source teams within the DevX: Strategy organization to continually improve Dojo's offerings to meet the current and future needs of the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. TPX organization
Required Qualifications 
10 years of engineering leadership including leading agile transformations, developing teams, and leading large-scale projects.
A deep understanding of agile engineering practices, with a passion for DevOps. 
A proven track record of guiding, mentoring, and growing talent at all levels. 
Ability to engage optimally with partners at all levels, from executive stakeholders to engineers participating in our Dojo. 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
A proven dedication to a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
Preferred Qualifications 
Agile certifications (Scrum master, product owner, or Scrum professional; IC-Agile; Mentor; or similar) 
Passionate engagement in DevOps, Agile, or engineering communities outside of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***..
