SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE…
Provide and implement career growth plan to the team members
Provide resources on validation with production and NPI teams
Drive error injection and automation across validation for Flash Array and Flash Blade
Provide technical direction with scalable and long-term solutions to immediate and broader team
Use Agile and scrum methodologies in validation and with parallel teams
Provide tools for the team to write test cases and test plans
Optimize tools, processes, releases, and deployments
Provide technical feedback outside of validation and participate in code reviews
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM.....
3 plus years of technical management experience, nice to have hands-on development
Good knowledge of various testing (functional, integration, unit, stress, negative, etc)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Python experience or equivalent of 5 years
Strong knowledge of linux, git
Solid knowledge of end-to-end validation best practices
Strong vision for validation and planning roadmap for short term and long term goals
Nice to have Selenium, Jenkins, Yaml, Pytest, static analysis
Nice to have experience with Agile
BS in computer science or equivalent
