Compensation: $60,000 /yr DOE
Job Description:
- Answer calls and greet guests
- Manage inventory and office supplies
- Organize office daily
- Handle mail (FedEx, UPS, deliveries to office)
- Create expense reports for CEO & CFO
- Calendar management
- Plan office events
- A/P coding
- Create PowerPoint presentations as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook / Power Point experience
- Maintain confidentiality
- Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
- Ability to shift priorities as needed
- Help other departments as needed
