Project Supervisor Footwear

Position Summary:

• The main responsibility of this position is to be in charge of data and process analysis for the sourcing operations and supply chain.
• The position will drive continuous process improvement and ad hoc project within the footwear division based on the analysis.
• This position will work among several areas such as: planning & operations, product development, material, costing KPI designs, process reengineering, IT systems, communication channels, manufacturing, etc.

Primary Job Duties:

1. Data analysis and data management

• Consolidate and manage online and offline data
• Analyze data and identify improvement areas that support business
• Make sure that end-to-end business status is always available.
• Understand business needs and build database for new systems.

 

2. Process analysis and improvement

• Identify pain points and potential improvement area with justifiable evidence
• Draft, formalize and propose new process with convincing advantage
• Create workshop with related teams for further analysis and brainstorming
• Implementation and change management

3. Project management

• Create project scope, coordinate project team and pilot projects
• Support the project and provide guidance and leadership
• Ensure the respect of project deadlines within your project team

4. Team support, training and knowledge management

• Raise team efficiency by providing support or training
• Facilitate knowledge and information sharing among teams

Requirements:

• Associate degree or above.
• At least 5 years’ experience in continuous improvement and project management. Experience of international supplying chain and/or manufacturing is a plus.
• Good communication in Chinese/English.
• Expertise in MS Office, VBA is a plus. 
• Strong analytical mind-set and project management skills
• Able to identify problems and implement solution.
• Candidate with less experience may be offered as Business Analyst.
