Manage team of sub and supplier workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation while on site
Track cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials, change orders and other project costs
Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, other construction management to maintain and communicate budget and timeline
Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers
Maintain and update project schedule for subcontractors and home office
Maintain project logs for site operations, reporting to management as necessary
Support Project Superintendent in all aspects of site construction, completion and field/administrative logistics

Don't Be Fooled
The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
