Responsible for advising and consulting the facility Directors of Environmental Servicesu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Makes use of management practices that include empowerment of staff, provision of clear and concise expectations regarding duties assigned to employees, frequent feedback focusing on both positive and problematic aspects of work performance, and other management practices that are consistent with Continuous Quality Improvementu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Three (3) years of facility management with supervisory experienceu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Fiscal management including developing and monitoring budgetsu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Knowledge of and experience in the appropriate licensing standards including OSHPOD, OSHA, JCAHO, etc. u003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of facilities and environmental services including carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenanceu003cbr /u003eu0026bull; Must be at least 18 years of ageu003cbr /u003eu0026bull;
