The Employee Communications, Experience and Culture team owns a wide scope of responsibilities, as the name suggests. On our team, no two days are the same. We’re communication strategists, change management experts, creative problem-solvers, culture gurus, engagement drivers, employee experience advocates, DEI ambassadors— and more. We help drive connection, alignment, and purpose among our global workforce. Together, we deliver compelling and engaging internal communications using a blend of strategy, messaging, and artistry.

As the Employee Communication and Employer Brand Manager, you will help develop, deploy and continually reinforce Pure’s employee value proposition to showcase why Pure is a great place to work. You will lead communication and engagement efforts that support our EVP for our employees and recruiting candidates. From Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to sustainability and a strong sense of purpose– we have a great story to tell and this leader will ensure we stand out from competitors as an employer of choice.
Develop and sustain Employee Value Proposition:
Partner with leaders across Pure and our agency partner to conduct research, build an EVP strategy and design and launch a new EVP across our employee and recruitment channels. Create and execute a strategy to sustain and continually refresh our EVP assets to ensure we’re positioning Pure as an employer of choice.
Engage audiences around winning workplace narrative:
Design a creative and measured approach to sharing our narrative of being a great place to work across all our recruitment and employee channels.
Build DEI and ESG comms strategies:
DEI and ESG are key components of why Pure is a great place to work
This role will lead the design and delivery of communications strategies to inform, engage and inspire employees around Pure’s DEI and ESG efforts.
Amplify Best Place to Work recognitions:
Collaborate with Pure’s channel owners to amplify “Best Place to Work” awards and recognitions.
Deploy Employee Ambassadors:
Help design and deploy an employee ambassador program.
Measure, Adapt and Improve: Build measurement dashboard and track KPIs related to success of all areas mentioned above, and adapt as needed to ensure we’re meeting objectives and attracting and retaining the best talent.
Critical skills and experiences
Experience developing, launching and sustaining employee value propositions for internal and recruitment communication channels.
Excellent writing and creative execution skills.
Strategic thinker who stays up-to-date on industry best practices and innovative communication techniques.
Experience building integrated communication plans, leading content and channel planning and harnessing insights to continuously improve.
Ability to work across organizations, build trust and relationships, and willingness to be a team player and pitch in to help others.
Strong leadership and project management skills including identifying work streams, allocating resources, managing deliverables budgets, and delivering on deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple projects, pivot as business needs evolve and navigate ambiguity.
Experience working with Adobe Suite is a plus.
Experience
Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or similar
6 years in employee communications experience and employer branding (experience at a communication agency or a global enterprise a plus)
