The Analyst will be primarily responsible for: Serving as a single point of contact for all things related to engagement administration; Ensuring proper invoicing & recognition of revenue; Maintaining compliance with firm policies and federal laws & regulations. About the Role Your impact as a Analyst, Case Management Control:Ownership of tickets relating Case Activations, conflict checks, contract submissions, contract modifications, Case Initiation Form and Workday access additions, invoice updates, and closing tickets and the Workday Case Initiation Form administration of the tickets;Critical review of contracts or other support documentation to ensure the business is adhering to revenue recognition standards;Ownership and Subject Matter Expert in two or more areas of the Case Management Control team;Being able to handle special projects or ad-hoc projects as directed by the Director, Case Management Control;Understanding and full comprehension of all types of request tickets the Case Management Control team receives;Being able to run reporting out of Workday (including time analysis reports) for team members that have questions on caps, fixed fees, etc.;Understanding the full circle from project set up to invoicing – impacts on project roles not being correctly aligned, etc.;Being able to review/evaluate billing schedules to ensure proper delivery of invoicing;Maintaining positive relationships with team members, your manager and other ACS/OTC team members;Working for the good of the team, which may require additional hours or shifting hours to ensure full coverage of CMC business hours;Actively participate in calls, events, and other firm-wide activities where comfortable;Understanding that each team member has different tasks, which may or may not including setting up contracts, BDR delivery, invoicing delivery and other monthly reporting to adhere to revenue recognition and SOx guidelines;Maintaining open lines of communication and monthly check in calls with your supervisor;Acting as a team lead when the Director of Case Management Control is out of the office;Taking initiative on ad-hoc items that may come into the team as needed;Liaising with other ACS team members on monthly review of projects where needed;Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.About you Your knowledge and expertise:Ability to work independently and self-manage their time efficiently and effectively;Candidates with experience in Workday and contract review preferred;Proactive problem-solving skills;Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a professional office environment;Ability to work in teams across time zones.Salary and Benefits This role offers a competitive salary and bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package and 25 days holiday.
