Senior PHP Developer with Project Management Experience
My company is looking to hire a full-time senior PHP developer that can manage several projects and work with our overseas development team in India.
The 1st project is a web application that is built on PHP, Laravel, MySQL and AWS. This individual must have an expert understanding of code optimization, server resources, review, and be able to lead a team of developers to get to a goal within a set deadline.
The 2nd project is our website that is built on wordpress/woocommerce. The website will need to undergo many optimization updates and there will be continuous changes for added functionality.
You must have the following qualifications:
- 7 years of full-stack development experience
- MySQL optimization knowledge is an advantage
- Proven experience in similar roles
- Extremely efficient and organized
- Able to work in between 4am-12pm EST (4 hours working with our overseas team and 4 hours with our US team) - this may change to 9am-5am EST in the future.
You MUST provide the following with your application:
- Cover letter explaining your previous experience and how it relates to this job
- Answer all the screening questions
- Confirm that you can work 40-50 hours/week
You will be required to do a live coding session in which you will be given a series of tests to prove your expertise in PHP and MySQL.
