Designation – Centre Sales Manager / Branch Manager - SalesExperience – 8 years of experience in hardcore sales.Industry – Education / Telecom / InsuranceLocation – Guwahati / Kolkata / Mumbai / Delhi (PAN INDIA)Salary Up to – 4.80 to 6 LacsWorking Days – Monday – Saturday.Gender – Only FemaleAge – up to 38 yearsMarital Status: Any.The candidate should be Open to Traveling within The State.JOB DESCRIPTION:• You shall be responsible for achieving the weekly/monthly admission target.• You shall be responsible for delivering impactful sales presentations in nearby areasof the respective location.• You shall be responsible for the admission process & documentation, batch formation,giving career seminars at educational institutes, schools, colleges etc.• Facilitate data management, team management and managing/ preparing MIS.• Ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling.You shall make productive BA tie-ups.• You will be required to conduct STP activities regularly for your centres.• Any other duties and responsibilities shall be delegated to you from time to time by the management.• All work related to administration and office management.• Handling Team and motivating them to achieve admission targets.• Preparing Various reports and sending them to Head Office• Handling Tele Callers and verifying their calls.JOB SPECIFICATION:• Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal• Be tactful and articulate.• Have strong leadership skills.• Be analytical and methodical in your approach to problems• Be motivated and result-driven.• Be able to act quickly and decisively.• Should have a strong pleasing personalityInterested can apply with updated CV with formal photograph (must), Current & expected CTC, Notice period or can also call for more details.
