WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING…
Forecast demand for Pure products assigned with input from Product Management, Sales Ops, Finance, and internal stakeholders including historical trends for internal and external demand
Create, implement, and manage planning strategies to mitigate risks of availability and E&O
Work cross functionally to implement and monitor planning strategies for product and key component transitions
Manage Key Commodity Plans and risk management strategies to mitigate risks of availability and E&O for assigned commodities
Prepare content for forecast and S&OP meetings on ad-hoc on monthly/quarterly basis
Consolidate demand across multiple internal and external demand streams including Capex, Pure as a Service, Evergreen Renewals, Internal, Service, Customer Trials, etc.
Use internal tools, to track monthly bookings, forecasts and trends
Forecast attach rates and fill rates for variations of product options to understand demand of sub-assemblies and key commodity items
Lead and support the creation of new business processes and implementation of tools to enable scale and expand the capabilities of the Demand Planning Team
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience in related area such as Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations, Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Industrial, etc.
Considerable knowledge of Demand Planning and S&OP in high tech
Experience with Supply Chain Planning with Enterprise/Data Center Infrastructure including Compute, Storage or Networking Products and/or related Commodities (CPU, NAND, DRAM, PCI/HBA cards, etc.)
Experience with Excel, Power Point, ERP and Demand Management tools
Experience using historical data, Statistical forecast models and data analytics to generate product and component forecasts
Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
Experience leading a roll-out of ERP, Demand Management or S&OP systems is a plus
Background in Program Management is a plus
Collaborative team player possessing interpersonal cross-functional abilities, along with strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be currently located in the United States

The annual base salary range is: $114,000 - $171,000. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
