Aon Is Looking for an Operations DirectorAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Property Group within Aon Risk Solutions, in Indiana. This position reports directly to the Team Leader. Your Impact as an Operations DirectorDrive the improvement of quality levels and operational processes across Business partners and BPO partner by detailing standard methodologies or new simplified processes by interfacing/coordinating the feedback of various SMEs across the enterprise. You will also propose new processes, standardizations or automations by delivering an Executive Summary with background, root causes, proposal and impact.Demonstrate expertise in operations and technology and apply this towards the execution and improvement of action plans, provide advice and direction to other business partners in the application of information and standard methodologies, helping enterprise to embrace and use changes in processes and apply formal and informal written and verbal communication methods to communicate updates and findings; and facilitate project meetings to all types of diverse audience (Sr. Management, BU Leaders, IT partners, BPO, etc.). Job Responsibilities:Identify, build, and facilitate process design changesConduct business and systems process analysis and design at a sophisticated levelFocus on quality improvement and customer excellenceFacilitate SMEs in detailing requirements and build/maintain lists of backlogs and improvements for enterprise prioritizationSupport product owners and business partners by holding agile meetings with IT or BU Leaders to share business processes and support new requirements in process or technologyAct as liaison between Business and IT to aid in translating operational business needs and difficulties into formal and clearly detailed requirementsLead or participate in multiple projectsComplete documentation or requirementsLead all aspects of project scope and adjust schedules when requiredParticipate in other enterprise projects to improve capabilities and technologySupport/engage business partners as needed by providing input on operational processes and/or resolving operational issuesPartner with internal and external teams to ensure processes or systems meet the long-term business strategiesOther projects and duties as assigned  Education:Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred.Six Sigma experience highly desireable.  We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
