SUMMARY
Global Asset Technologies, a subsidiary of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is currently seeking a qualified Site Director for the Consequence Management Support Center in Lexington, Kentucky. The site director has overall responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the contract, including cost, schedule, and technical performance of all programs and projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the primary interface with the Government
Ensure contract compliance
Lead customer program reviews
Coordinate personnel, technical, and financial resources
Supervise section leaders
Develop and coach employees
Presents in process reviews and other reports to the Government as required
Coordinate with sub-contractors
QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION

Required (Minimum) Qualifications
15 years of management and supervisory experience
Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
Must obtain and maintain a secret security clearance
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
Strong proven decision-making skills
Strong working knowledge of performance and operations management
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
Exceptional communication and public speaking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office including word, power point, excel and outlook
Preferred
Management experience on a government contract
Experience with Maximo inventory system
Experience with performance-based logistics measures

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting. Occasional travel may be required.

Hires and supervises direct reports.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS
As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to military base. Must have reliable transportation to/from work a necessity and must be able to obtain access to military installations.
