The Associate Director, Infrastructure/Network Security leads and participates in the development of enterprise-level network and infrastructure security strategies. A solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s) will be required to ensure that risk to company information posed by a variety of threats is minimized.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director, Infrastructure/Network Security leads a team of highly specialized associates whose roles encompass design, installation, configuration, and administration of network infrastructure and security systems. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s).

Required Qualifications


6 or more years of experience in infrastructure/network security
2 or more years of management experience in a large enterprise
Advanced level understanding of enterprise security platforms
Track record of success with managing large and small projects
Working Experience with Firewalls
Familiarity with Email Security, IPS, Proxy, CDN, WAF, NAC, DDOS, and DLP


Preferred Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Field
Cyber Security Certification
Familiarity with Reverse Proxy


Additional Information

Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Work-At-Home Requirements


WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
