Profile

The Brand Manager develops and implements a brand strategy and marketing plans ensuring all aspects of the product plan results in increased sales revenues, profitability, and complementarity with other brands in the category.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Achievement of the assigned brand’s annual revenue and profit targets
Develops the brand strategy and competitive advantage, including brand positioning, value proposition, pricing, and synergy with other products in the Category
Drives the Marketing plan for the brand, including product promotions, branch merchandising, written materials such as the magalogue, other brand marketing materials and content for Branch TV and radio and digital media communications
Assists with new product development, pricing and product launches of new brands as assigned by the Category Head
Manages the budget for brand marketing programs such as communications and merchandising materials and product promotions in a cost-effective manner, ensuring projected increase in revenues and profitability are achieved
Regularly monitors product trends, and competitor actions on analogous products such as marketing campaigns and collaterals, pricing, merchandising, new variants, and other relevant developments.
Ensures accurate demand and product volume forecast in coordination with Supply Chain, Business development, and Branch Operations
Ensures regular research is conducted on product preferences of Dealers and their consumers
Performs regular analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or analogous course
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Brand or Product Manager or Lead Brand Specialist in a relevant category or product
Demonstrated performance in achieving brand revenue and profit goals and growing contribution of handled brands to a Category
Demonstrated creativity and innovative approach in Marketing programs for brands
Open for a hybrid work arrangement
Open for international assignment/field work (e.g., Malaysia), if required by the assigned brand
