Prior work experience with NPI, Licensing products, CSP or product development is a must Minimum 10 years of Program Management experience in an Agile environment Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex programs simultaneous Ability to set priorities and recommend trade-offs to keep teams focused Proven ability to manage ambiguity, and a preparedness to take on what is needed to get things done Being able to influence & lead teams in a matrixed organization Experience working with cross-functional business teams to launch new services or products Experience working with Product and Engineering teams Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and detail oriented Experience using JIRA and Confluence Domain expertise in network security service offerings is a plus
