Aon is looking for a Regional Client Manager in Miami Regional Client Manager Latin America is responsible for management and coordination of a portfolio of strategic accounts across the region. Works together with different Aon countries, improving the relationship with the client and actively leading and impacting the client retention. Coordinates client’s requests to service teams in countries – Aon offices and correspondent offices - “Aon United” mindset, adding value and developing strategy to retain and grow the business. This position is reporting to the Head of Multinational Segment Hub. Job Responsibilities:Responsible for achievement of budget associated to revenue and SPTI of segmentResponsible for all types of revenueProvides strategic insights to Regional Clients, to help set the strategy for growth opportunities across the region. Dedicates time with Regional client contacts, to gain in-depth knowledge of their business priorities and challenges. Facilitates critical relationships between clients, service teams in each country /sub-regions and insurers.Ensures client service team understands client needs and governance across the region; engages with service teams & delivery methods. Leads stewardship planning and delivery that must be rendered.Monitors client satisfaction; reports and resolves client issues and concerns and reviews client expectations to ensure relationship is mutually acceptable and beneficial. Promotes projects with appropriate resources to achieve efficiencies in regards of client expectations and needs. Guidance to develop and implement the renewal strategy. Coordinates with service teams for the development and delivery of renewal strategies. Assigns appropriate processes and teams - if applicable. Actively drives client penetration and new business with existing and potential new customers through the introduction of products, services, lines of business and industry expertise. Builds, continuously updates, and aligns resources – service teams in countries- to execute our Client Value Creation Model and Articulating Value, delivering best standards.Understands regionally-aligned thematic client needs and promotes the Aon brand.Promote relevant cross-selling opportunities and Aon capabilities and solutions. Serves as a key contact / focal point for clients specifically in strategic discussions such as: renewals, escalation of issues, M&A’s, new strategies, new challenges, new solutions, and other regional mattersActs as a leader within countries and local colleagues helping them deliver the best solutions, putting together the best talents of Aon in order to have the right resources reverting fast responses to multinational managed clientsCreate a regional guiding principles for each regional account and make sure countries will follow those guidelines and implement what has been promised to client.
