Solutions Architect, you will be a key contributor as we scale a rapid growth initiative towards our mission of creating a tech-forward property management company that will change the industry as we know it today. What you'll be doing:
Drive both sustaining and disruptive innovations in both processes and tools used in the administrative arena of property management
Work with department and technical leaders to understand objectives, then design, develop and support the changes necessary to achieve those objectives
Leverage a data-driven approach to measure results/effectiveness of changes
Identify areas of process/tool improvement
What you must have:
Long-term focused individual who desires to work in a fast-paced, growing organization that seeks to revolutionize property management through technology
Curiosity and intellect - able to get into the business and technical details and quickly understand how things work
Proven ability to bring creativity to problem-solving, outside of the box thinking
Proficiency in a scripting language (e.g. Python, PowerShell, JavaScript)
Proficiency with basic SQL/data analysis tools (including tools like PowerBI)
Proficiency with a diagramming tool (Draw.io, Visio, etc.)
Proven experience using data to measure process performance
Preferred Qualifications
1-3 years in property management /leasing experience, or
1-3 years supporting line of Business Applications
Proficiency in Python, coding using API’s
Bachelor’s degree from 4-year accredited university
Experience with no-code data collection and automation platforms, or other rapid prototyping options
Experience integrating independent SaaS applications
Familiarity with AWS
