Responsibilities: Drive client-centric mentality in all sales initiatives, process and critical projectsSupport sales teams in the execution of opportunities and initiatives that drive Aon and client valueCollaborate in the development of business case and related analysis that support sales opportunity and initiativesDevelop “Center of Excellence” repository of client pitches, proposals and win themesLead project management efforts for the RFP response / bid process, in line with Aon’s Bid Management best practiceOrganize and lead proposal meetings to ensure a response strategy is established and implementedLearn about Aon’s differentiators / key messages and ensure these are reflected in the proposal / bid response, which may include responsibility for writing or editing sections of the reportProvide strategic and content direction for the preparation of proposals and presentations to achieve a response that is in-line with the defined approachEnsure deliverables are visually impactful, including participating in design software training for Adobe InDesign and IllustratorWrite, revise, proofread and transmit proposals in response to RFPs and presentations specific to the prospect/client situationContinue to develop a practical, working knowledge of our commercial risk and health solutions, services, and technologyLead oral presentation brainstorming and development sessions, in addition to conducting rehearsals with client-facing colleagues as neededIdentify trends and engage in process improvement efforts centrally and nationally where necessaryLeverage best practices across all officesCreate, improve and maintain tools and templates for sales teams that simplify and expedite common sales activities Requirements University degree and/ or a professional qualificationMinimum of 5 years’ experience in the general insurance industryHighly motivated and sales drivenHighly articulate, an effective communicator who uses consultative selling skillsExceptionally organised with strong time management skillsExcellent team playerAbility to work under pressure and manage deadlines while maintaining prospect relationshipsCreative and lateral thinkerConfidence to present to audiences / decision makersStrong computer/systems literacy including first class Word and PowerPoint skills How to ApplyYour opportunity to empower results could start right here.
