It’s an environment which encourages you to achieve your best - together we’ll empower results.  Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting the Associate Director/Director in the design and implementation of effective risk management and insurance programs.Day to day management of all client service activitiesRetention and development of existing accountsAssisting Supervisor in managing work-flow/priorities of all clients under their team responsibilityEnsuring all documentation/procedures are in compliance with the Group Standards.Setting/monitoring of team budgets in conjunction with DirectorAttending client meetingsAttending surveys and Risk Management activities as designated.Arranging for processing of adjustments/amendments to insurance programs.Assisting with Broking and Pre-Renewal Strategy planning.Insurer (and reinsurer) negotiations on premium, policy terms, wording and endorsements.Completing placement of covers, policy and endorsement (Coordinated by Supervisor)Client Renewal Report and Insurance Manual Preparation.Advising clients on uninsured areas and general transfer of insurance knowledge with clientsCoordinating the overseas network where the account requires it.Assisting Supervisor in placement of insurance programme with insurer(s)/reinsurer(s) Requirements  Bachelor's Degree or higher level Minimum 5 years' experience in Insurance Industry or Power IndustryProficient in both writtern and spoken English and ThaiGood Interpersonal & Communication skillsCustomer service skills and problem solving skillsAbility to work under pressureAbility to adapt and learn quicklyHow to ApplyYour opportunity to empower results could start right here.
