The Opportunity: Due to continuous growth and a strong strategic roadmap, we are currently seeking a State Manager to accelerate growth within our South Australia HIAIS business. The State Manager will be responsible for the performance of the regional business and its client retention, new business development, revenue generation, compliance, and growth. To be considered for this role you must have proven experience in a role similar in the insurance industry. Key responsibilities will include:Delivering the profitable and sustainable growth of your business unitDeveloping and maintaining the appropriate infrastructure, resources and expertise to meet sales, service and administration requirementsDriving new business initiatives and growth across your client servicing teamsThe provision of strategic and commercial direction for your regional businessDeveloping best-in-class client relationships, enhancing client experiences and improving interdependency sales opportunitiesManage relationships with wider Aon teams promoting collaboration and driving mutually beneficial growth outcomesLead the acquisition and engagement of HIAIS’s major clients and prospectsProviding leadership and motivation to staff driving a positive and high achieving cultureAssisting in the development and implementation of client and underwriter service methodologiesMonitoring Quality Assurance and ensuring compliance with agreed business and industry standardsMentoring and coaching staff to develop and deliver customer service standards that provide the highest level of service and enhance business performanceIdentifying and implementing strategies for client retentionWorking in partnership with your Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Business Partners to deliver best in class recruitment, onboarding, training and staff development / retention strategies About You: We are looking for an enthusiastic & highly motivated person who has strong leadership skills, able to make sound business decisions, innovation and solutions focused, has a strong technical understanding of general insurance whilst having the ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders.
