Twilio is seeking an internal audit Program Manager to join our CIO organization as we scale for current and future growth and carry out the overall Internal Audit mission. We strive for an effective and efficient control environment. We are looking for an individual excited to bring their strong IT, IT SOX, and IT internal audit skills to a collaborative team-based working environment in a fast growing company. Work performed will include coverage of functional and operating units, focusing on financial, IT and operational processes. Additionally, the Program Manager performs follow-up on the status of outstanding internal audit issues. The Program Manager will also assist Internal Audit management with periodic reporting to the Audit Committee, development of the annual internal audit plan, and championing internal control and corporate governance concepts throughout the business.

You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations or similar discipline or equivalent job experience.
You have 5 years of program management experience preferably in a global organization.
Assist our teams in developing the overall audit strategy to support the organization's objectives and governance policies.
Provide guidance to key stakeholders in the development of a risk-based Annual Audit Plan.
Prepare the draft Annual Audit Plan at the direction of the Internal Audit team.
Periodically conduct assessments of financial, compliance and operational risk exposures and communicate significant exposures to the Audit Committee for consideration of any additional recommendations.
Serve as the liaison for external auditors to set appropriate meetings and gather data and information from departments as necessary.
Perform routine compliance audits and reviews of processes and procedures as directed.
Provide administrative support, research, and reports in support of the Internal Audit team.
Ensure adherence to internal and external auditing requirements and standards as adopted by the internal and external audit teams.
Develop and implement a comprehensive Internal Audit Quality Assurance and Improvement Program designed to provide reasonable assurance to the various stakeholders that the IIAP performs work in accordance with its charter and adopted standards, operates in an effective and efficient manner, and is perceived by stakeholders as adding value and improving IIAP operations.
Serve as a value-added member of the organization in monitoring the design and proper functioning of internal control policies and procedures to help improve organizational performance.
You will be responsible for tracking the implementation status of open audit recommendations and report to the Audit Committee.
You can manage and perform other internal control related audits such as Sarbanes-Oxley, Ethics & Compliance, SOC II, system security, contingency plans, etc
You will exhibit the leadership skills needed to sell ideas and obtain management buy-in for constructive change.
You have the ability to take charge, has confidence to interact with all levels, can set objectives, will drive results and is a team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with teams cross-functionally.

require striking the right balance between business growth and risk mitigation objectives.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Twilio's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado.
Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well.
Salary:
Denver/Boulder Metro:
Salary Range: $120,832 - $166,144
Rest of Colorado:
Salary Range: $105,728 - $145,600
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
