USCYBERCOM Program Manager

Profile

Objective: The focus of this contract is to research, develop, demonstrate, integrate, and test innovative technologies that defend against cyberspace threats and support network management and to develop techniques that provide a means to leverage expertise and applications from alternative cyber intelligence assessment perspectives and merge them to provide a situational awareness (SA) perspective to DoD Combatant Commands/Services/Agencies/Field Activities (CC/S/A/FAs). The contractor shall provide USCYBERCOM with high quality, efficient and effective, performance-based engineering services in the areas of research, development, test and evaluation.
Task: The Contractor shall submit a contract/Task Order Management Plan that addresses the technical approach for implementing the requirements of this PWS. The plan shall address communications with Government personnel to convey urgent, as well as routine task order matters. The plan shall identify organizational resources and management controls to be employed in order to meet the performance and schedule requirements throughout Task Order (TO) execution. The contractor shall provide the Government with past and current month burn-rate actuals in addition to future month projections. The plan shall be free from clerical errors, logically organized, and technically correct. Contractor shall assign a Program Manager (PM) to serve as the company's focal point for all administrative and technical aspects of the program to include staffing, security, access, clearances, deliverables, invoicing, and scheduling.
- At least 12 years of experience in program/personnel management.
- 12 years experience in contract management and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to complete projects and lead or direct the work of others.
- Demonstrated ability to independently complete complicated or complex tasks with limited guidance
.-GSLC, CISM, or CISSP (or Associate)
Security Clearance:
Candidate must currently possess an active TS/SCI with CI poly to be considered for this position.
