Job Description
About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for technical program management and alignment of strategic syndication programs, coordinating among a wide range of cross-functional internal and external resources to ensure that programs are within the scope and on schedule, with mentorship from senior staff members. You will serve as program lead for defined multi-discipline technical programs or projects of greater than average complexity and scope and be accountable for planning, development, and delivery of new technology programs. You will be encouraged to integrate the knowledge of business and functional priorities in the management of programs. You will act as a key contributor in a sophisticated and crucial environment and may lead teams or projects. You will interact with key members of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s technical product, and program teams as well as our external customers.

What You Will Do:
Understand and summarize the scope of technical programs as defined by product and business requirements. Participate in project planning and tracking of key landmarks, and proactively communicate risks to program delivery timeline.
Build program plans and program plan of record, while working with the core team to identify and schedule all work required to fulfill program scope, including identification and management of critical path tasks and participation from key players cross-functionally. Identify and manage program critical path(s)
Facilitate the development of key goals, objectives, and success criteria for the program using specific knowledge about one or more technical areas to research, plan, communicate and achieve objectives through the program/ project team.
Analyze areas of risk and proactively identify and lead critical paths and risk areas. Establish contingency plans and identify trigger events. Assume responsibility for corrective actions. Advance early to appropriate levels.
Works with leadership and core team members to help identify and assist in making program tradeoffs to balance scope, time, and costs while developing resolutions to sophisticated problems that require the frequent use of creativity. Ensures accurate documentation is in place.
Tracks and runs the program schedule and upstream and downstream dependencies. Analyzes the actual performance against the plan and adjusts with plan objectives accordingly. Develops resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity. Is responsible for the team as they plan, track, and execute project plans from start to completion.
Communicates updates on major achievements and keeps all partners informed of progress and issues. Identifies and leads proposed changes to technical program parameters and works with management to ensure appropriate processes and communications are followed.
Monitors and ensures the quality of program deliverables. Works with the core team and key field resources to develop and monitor deployment schedule, strategies, and tools to support the implementation of programs in the field through trials and controlled customer deployments.
Consistent exercise of independent and collaborative judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Experience leading a technical program, including planning/tracking breakthroughs and making work prioritization calls
Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous work environment
PowerPoint and Smart Sheet experience a plus
