We currently haveu00A0an opening for a Refrigeration Engineering Manager.As a Refrigeration Engineering Manager, you will provide design expertise for Refrigeration systems. In this role, you will lead a Refrigeration team to create engineering designs, as well as assist and mentor team members with solution development. Your primary focus will be championing the use of best and current industry practices, as well as adherence to company standards, accuracy of construction documents, and dynamic technical discipline coordination with architects and other engineering project team members.u00A0Preferred Experience:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experienceAdvanced Refrigeration design experience specifically related to the production of construction documentsu00A0Professional Registration (PE) preferredExperience with staff leadership, mentoring and resource allocationPrevious experience in design and engineering of high and low temperature, rack and distributed refrigeration systemsExperience working in a fast paced environment and multi-disciplined A&E team is highly desirableExperience using CAD, Revit and/or other related softwareWhat matters to our associates matters to us and benefits and professionalu00A0growth are at the top of the list.
