The Business Transformation team partners with PVH North America business units and our Global Technology & Process organization to ensure that process outcomes and data governance practices achieve our global strategic goals in region.  The team works to optimize our technical solutions to drive continuous improvement in key business functional areas across our brands efficiencies in process, common practice and transparency to operational performance and KPI’s.   

The primary responsibility of the Senior Director of Order to Cash (OTC) is to lead the OTC transformation for PVH, NA.  Initially playing a key role in developing a COE to support PVH North America brands.  Providing support and improvements to the Tommy Hilfiger business that recently went live with SAP.  Secondarily, will play a lead role in the implementation & conversion activities for the Calvin Klein and The Underwear Group businesses on the global common SAP platform. This leader will play a key role working between the America’s business units and the Global Operations team to ensure NA business requirements are clearly identified, ensure business readiness for go live, and lead continuous improvement across the OTC functions and platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate in a leadership capacity to drive business process and enablement activities for transformation initiatives
  • Contribute as a business process thought leader with strong working knowledge of key cross functional activities included in the OTC process.
  • Integrate the best practices within OTC with the Procure to Pay (PTP), Planning and Go to Market transformation teams
  • Partner with functional leads and teams to understand, shape and document clear business  process requirements that can be leveraged to develop technical requirements
  • Identify root cause of challenges and design process and or technical solutions to address
  • Influence the NA brands functional leads to adopting best practice within OTC.
  • Drive business readiness and change management within the OTC functions to support new process and or technology roll outs.
  • Stay appraised of latest process and technology capabilities to ensure business processes remain relevant and are leveraged through new capabilities
  • Manage the development, documentation and maintenance of business processes playbooks, SOPs and repository
  • Chair cross functional business forums regarding end to end processes to exchange best practices, transfer knowledge, share adoption successes and learnings, and drive  continuous improvement opportunities
  • Acts as a coach, resource and role model for other team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business Administration, Information Management, Supply Chain, or related field. MBA a plus
  • Minimum of 7+ years designing and supporting order to cash processes
  • Direct knowledge of sales, retail and distribution operations  end to end process and value stream
  • Strong experience with ERP/SAP modules and configuration would be a benefit
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a business transformation initiative, and/or process and system implementation project with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business processes within Wholesale & Retail for Apparel
  • Demonstrated use of analysis and metrics to drive decision making and continuous improvement
  • Ability to influence and drive transformation initiatives across the organization.
  • Ability to lead, influence, communicate effectively and perform in a team-oriented, cross-functional, collaborative environment across multiple levels of the organization
  • Understanding of cross functional daily operations within the PTP process and functional areas 
  • Ability to develop teams and educate and train others in new ways of working
  • Project management skills for planning and resourcing across multiple initiatives and deliverables
  • Ability to take strategic vision and develop a pragmatic approach to new or improved business processes aligned to supporting technical solutions.
  • Ambitious, motivated and capable of operating within the complexity of a matrix organization in a fast paced and evolving environment
  • Skills in development and maintenance of documentation such as process mapping, SOPs, business process documents, business data glossaries (including advanced use of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Results-oriented, demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness
  • Strong qualitative, quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Collaborative team player orientation towards work relationships aligned to company values
  • Developed skills in priority setting and alignment of project priorities with department strategy

  • Capable of developing process where none existed, partner with business and IT to recommend and develop comprehensive plans to improve business process and performance in multiple areas
  • High degree of creativity, vision and adaptability to changing trends and/or business demands
  • Ability to work in a consistently growing environment and with partners in person and virtual
