Responsibilities

Humana Military's Director of Billing and Enrollment will be responsible for managing a large (600 employee), primarily internal call center organization (with minimal vendor support) including managing daily call volume activities, claims, and billing and enrollment needs. In addition, the successful candidate will foster a culture that's performance based, will have strong influence over training and workforce management, and will build strong relationships with human resources and recruiting. Decisions are typically related to the implementation of new/updated programs or large-scale projects for the function and supporting technical/operational procedures and processes. Implements strategic plans, drives goals and objectives, and improves performance. Provides input into function's strategy.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

5 or more years of experience managing large scale projects or programs

5 or more years of senior level management experience in a member driven, fee to consumer organization

Experiencing managing a performance based culture

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experience

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree

Healthcare experience

Billing and Enrollment experience

Additional Information

Travel required: up to 25%

Primary Location - Louisville , KY or San Antonio, TX
