\u003cli\u003eImplements and trains operations on how to use the standards and processes developed to gain efficiencies in the operation.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eVisits facilities and reevaluates how they are performing offering assistance in any needed areas.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eWorks with Regional General Manager (RGM) to create and manage strategic projects.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePerforms at the local General Manager (GM) level during incumbent\u0026rsquo;s absences or leave of absence or as an interim GM during staffing transition.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eImplements and trains how to use FastTrac data for analyzing.\u0026nbsp;\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePerform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization.\u003c/li\u003e
