Description:

Responsible for the overall cleanliness of both facility and equipment. Follow up and provide feedback during the sanitation cycle to ensure all areas are being cleaned properly and are being cleaned on a timely basis.

This position will be required to maintain complete sanitation inventory of supplies. Train employees to perform to standards on each job within the Sanitation Department. Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance, may become actively involved as required to meet schedules and resolve problems.

Job Requirements:

Must have prior manufacturing experience; food manufacturing ideal.

Good communication skills in a prior leadership role.

Maintains effective communications between departments. Identifies significant issues related to quality, safety, down time, production problems or any other unexpected issues to meet customer needs.

Shifts can be from 8-10 hour, 5-6 days a week.

Reliability and dependability is a key factor for success.

Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.
