Principal Data Solution Manager - Genesys Pure Cloud

Description

Humana is seeking an experienced Solution Manager to define and support viable large scale data business solutions focused on critical customer needs.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework, collaborating with a wide range of people to identify and define customer needs and develop the solution vision, solution roadmap, and the capabilities required to meet them. The Data Solution Manager will be responsible for communication with senior leadership to ensure understanding of solution investment needs. The Data Solution Manager will work horizontally across customers, architecture, engineering and development. The Data Solution Manager will be ultimately responsible for a viable deployed data product supporting a strategic platform transformation.

Required Qualifications

Technical Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of applicable experience OR Master's Degree and 3 or more years of experience

Prior experience working in SAFE with demonstrated results

Experience in working with assignments that involve complex issues where the solutions require alignment of disparate functions.

Experience developing solutions through research of current technology trends

SAFE certified

Strong communication skills with an aptitude for negotiation and influence

Demonstrated leadership experience working in a matrixed framework

Experience with cloud data architecture, data collection, data pipelines and data storage

Preferred Qualifications

PhD

Experience with Genesys Pure Cloud, specifically in designing a data solution is strongly preferred
