Job Summary

Responsible for managing, developing and directing strategic marketing communication and related campaigns to achieve subscriber and revenue goals. Develops and implements marketing communication strategies, campaigns and programs. Oversees multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Provides leadership and direction for multiple functional areas. Manages professionals at manager, supervisor and professional levels. Ensures appropriate resources to achieve financial and business objectives. Influences, shapes and integrates strategy for functional area(s).

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Formulates and implements strategic marketing communication strategies to advertise the Company's new and existing products or services across all media.

Collaborates with other departments and key Marketing personnel to define Company's brand and product positioning and ensures ongoing brand awareness and consistency in all creative materials.

Tracks and analyzes competitors' services, prices and messaging; synthesizes information to develop an integrated marketing strategy and course of action.

Provides guidance to Managers and Supervisors regarding content, design and production of all marketing materials including direct mail, brochures, web content, sales letters, flyers, newsletters, newspaper, radio and TV advertising and other projects.

Oversees compilation of marketing management reports. Manages and tracks budget(s); utilizes key financial and operational metrics to measure effectiveness of campaigns and programs.

Schedules and moderates periodic meetings with Marketing staff to review recent developments and plan/prioritize future activities.

Develops and effectively manages department and project budgets, reevaluating their appropriateness on an ongoing basis based upon strategic objectives.

Identifies corporate partners for participation in added-value and customer loyalty programs.

Drives advertising strategy across Marketing counterparts. Responsible for ongoing consensus building and alignment.

Partners with media services to develop relevant media plans for each marketing program to drive retention and acquisition.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Education

Bachelor's Degree
