SAP HANA Manager

Profile

J.Crew is seeking a candidate  as part of the SAP Applications team. This person should have at least 7+ years of experience in SAP BW with 2 years of experience on SAP BW on SAP HANA projects.  Should have worked in projects involving SAP BW modeling with respect to SAP HANA using composite providers, Advance DSOs, ODP, LSA ++ and using BW objects exposed as HANA views. Should have knowledge on architecture of SAP BW on HANA architecture including HA, DR etc.

 

Key Responsibilities:

*Implementing SAP BW on HANA specific modeling like using LSA++, Composite Providers and exposing BW objects in HANA Views, Operational Data Provisioning, ADSO etc. *Modeling and handling various types of SAP extractors in modeling like LIS, FI, Is-R, Generic etc. *Work on HANA Studio - Schemas and tables on HANA, attribute view, analytical view & Calculation views. *Developing and handling hybrid scenarios - BW data models and HANA views as per the requirement. *Manage SAP BW tables in HANA Scale up and Scale out systems. *Develop BW queries using BEX query designer. *BW data load processing and automation. *Write ABAP Code for BW extractors, Transformations etc. *Building and handling large data warehouses with BW. *Work independently, conduct assessments and meetings with Business on HANA technology platform capabilities.  *Work closely with Offshore team 

Minimum Qualifications:

*Basic Architecture and knowledge of how BW on HANA works.  *Good BW techno functional knowledge in functional areas like Retail, SD, MM, SD etc. *Decent ABAP programing and SQL script understanding.

Preferred Qualifications:

*BW on HANA Certification is plus *Knowledge or experience on reporting tools like Qlikview, Qliksense, Tableau is a plus *Knowledge or experience on BO tools like WEBI, Design studio is a plus *SAP BW 7.0 & above Certified
