Description

The Senior Product Manager conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages the ECOM Analytics Personalized Recommender System for customer use. The Senior Product Manager work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for ECOM analytics' personalized recommender system product for ECOM, which will match our members with their most appropriate and impactful clinical activities. The output of the product will influence the experience that a member receives through Humana's clinical offerings. For this, the Senior Product Manager leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into production, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. Once products are launched, the Senior Product Manager will monitor efficacy of products and use customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each segment, adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. Begins to influence department's strategy, makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components. Work is performed under minimal supervision. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. The Senior Product Manager will be the voice of the product and represent the product to forums of stakeholders where requirements will be defined and product expectations established.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or I

At least 5 years of technical experience

Proficiency in verbal/written communication

Effective listener, ability to communicate those ideas in a visual manner

Strategy experience (working or influencing strategy)
