Job Summary

Responsible for executing marketing efforts to maintain current subscriber base. Plans and develops marketing outreach programs and analyzes subscriber response. Serves as Marketing contact for employees and outside vendors. Deploys and measures effectiveness of offers and tactics. Tracks market trends, analyzes results and draws conclusions about performance in order to recommend improvements to marketing strategies and tactics. Develops financial and operational objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development. Has a greater degree of impact on business results and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Translates business needs into analysis designs providing insight, knowledge and understanding of customers, products and industries

Develops new ideas and communicates potential uses across the business

Works cross departmentally in a matrix organization to sell-in and execute on new offers and marketing campaigns/tactics

Partners with sales channel executive leaders to ensure offer strategy synergies and effective roll-out to the front line

Provide leadership to direct reports inclusive of career development plans

Maintains and improves ongoing Marketing programs, analyses and reports.

Consults with Marketing/Sales to identify, define, size and prioritize strategic analytics opportunities

Oversees test executions

Gathers and communicates marketing campaign information and customer feedback in order to promote a common understanding of marketing campaigns, changes and issues

Oversees the maintenance of segmentation and other market data as needed in order to support Marketing goals and objectives

Works to engage stakeholders in both the development and launch of marketing plans

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.

Relevant Work Experience

Salary:

Pay Range: $88,621.76 - $132,932.64

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
