Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Demonstrated project & program management skills with the ability to manage complex projects and programs with cross-functional teams.

Experience with travel management technology, such as online booking tools, expense management systems, and travel risk management tools.

Ability to travel 10-20% of the time (domestic and international).

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for Travel Manager who has a passion for travel and a talent for managing complex travel programs and vendor relationships! The candidate needs to have strong knowledge of global travel industry trends and best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, passion for travel, and commitment to providing employees with the best possible travel experience.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As a key member of the Global Travel team, the Travel Manager will be responsible for leading major initiatives and supplier relationships across the globe! As part of a highly collaborative team, you will be working with other global and regional travel managers and internal collaborators to ensure that our travel program meets their needs and supports our business goals. You'll be analyzing travel data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for program improvements, and developing and delivering regular reports and presentations to partners on the performance and impact of the Global Travel Program. The Travel Manager will also be providing expert advice and support to business units and employees on all aspects of travel management, including compliance, travel policy, supplier management, and travel risk management. Finally, you'll be developing and maintaining relationships with key partners, including executive sponsors, travel suppliers, and industry experts, while staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to travel management.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

As the Travel Manager, you will work in a highly matrixed environment where collaboration is critical to success. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners, including airlines, hotels, and ground transportation suppliers. You'll work with other travel managers, executives, HR, Legal, Finance, IT, and Security teams to ensure that the travel program meets their needs and supports the business goals. Additionally, you'll maintain relationships with key collaborators, including executive sponsors, travel suppliers, and industry experts.
