You will manage a team of material and supply planners in a category, enduring that mid- to long-term production/material plans are in place for your assigned plants/lines in line with approved business plans.

How you will contribute

You will:

1.) Drive Service Excellence

a.) Ownership within e2e for CFR Issue resolution – e.g. YD Cuts/ Floor cuts etc work with relevant CS&L representatives to understand & close gaps

b.) Manage Product Allocations. Execution with customer service team upon alignment, tracking & ensuring allocations are delivering per plan.

c.) Maintain cross category promotion list, track/ highlight delivery

2.) Driving Cross Functional collaboration

a.) Collaborate between Customer Service/ Replenishment & E2E planning on driving customer specific service levels

b.) Anchor Pre-CT meetings

3.)Ensure quality adherence to agenda

4.) Monetized demand plan gap to the revenue budget

5.) Total supply chain costs

6.) Manage IBP R&O Tracker

7.) Develop & manage CT R&O tracker – Linkage of CT to MOR

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial or logistics experience and strong business acumen ideally within an FMCG/CPG environment

Open to learn new ways of working and willing to be hands-on in using data and systems

Experience in driving supply review and participation in an IBP cycle

Able to influence cross-functional teams, working on the key priorities and improving the plan

Able to build effective teams

Knowledgeable about leading practice supply planning and end-to-end supply chain concepts

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills

Location

This is a hybrid role with at least 2 days in the office a wee

What extra ingredients you will bring:

1.) Support traceability for one number across and in between CR, DR, Post DR, APO Upload and IBP 360 upload and CT/MOR Call and communicate to relevant groups on changes through the process.

2.) Create and manage IBP dashboard to support IBP process, Monitor following KPIs and create exception based reporting:

3.) Manage R&O Tracker

4.) Support IBP lead with ad-hoc analysis and in developing exec. level presentations.

5.) Track IBP Process adherence on the monthly basis

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor's degree required

Travel requirements:

Less than 10 %
