Description

The Associate Director, Cloud Solutions Engineering Supports development and execution of cloud implementation strategy within organization's existing IT infrastructure. The Associate Director, Cloud Solutions Engineering requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).

Responsibilities

The Associate Director (Digital Platforms), Cloud Solutions Engineering Implements organization's cloud strategy from a technical perspective, including design, planning, integration, maintenance and support of cloud architecture.

Lead multiple teams responsible for building and deploying platforms and capabilities including one-click infrastructure deployments, DevSecOps, CI/CD automation, and Content Management

Work with stakeholders across organizations to evaluate cloud systems and identify appropriate solutions.

Collaborates with product managers and engineers to develop specifications for new cloud based products/services, applications and solutions.

Drives the roll-out of cloud management platforms, evaluates its performance and implements enhancements.

Provide thought leadership to challenge/influence all levels across the organization to rethink routine, embraces cloud and modern engineering practices including agile adoption to provide highly resilient integrated experiences.

Drives digital platform's technology roadmap, executes roadmap projects ensuring forward thinking architectural design using agile methodologies.

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences and embracing change.

Possesses the ability to manage and grow talent, mentor associates, and help them grow by setting clear goals, action plans, training, and timely guidance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field

6 or more years of technical experience

3 or more years of IT Management experience delivering cloud native solutions and/or content management platforms

Broad understanding of Information Technology solutions including technologies, platforms, applications and capabilities

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree

Architect level certifications in Azure and/or GCP

Experience delivering content management platforms (Sitecore or Adobe Experience Manager)
