Description

The Senior Program Delivery Professional strategically identifies, develops, and implements programs that influence providers, members or market leadership towards value-based relationships and/or improved quality metrics. The Senior Program Delivery Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Senior Program Delivery Professional develops programs designed to drive value-based relationships. Partners with leaders regarding implementation planning. Reviews and communicates results of programs. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

3 years of data management experience (ie: excel or large database experience)

3 years strong analytical skills

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office XP products (Word, Excel, Access)

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field

PMP certification a plus

Knowledge and experience in health care environment/managed care

Additional Information

This position is located at the Humana a Tower in Louisville, Kentucky but will temporarily be working remote in Louisville, KY.

Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); and a minimum internet connection speed of 10M x 1M
