Job Summary

The Privacy Product Manager is a key participant in the Comcast Privacy Program, which brings to life our privacy commitments and new features and functionality that support changing privacy laws and consumer expectations. In this role, you will support the program that drives privacy as a cultural imperative and handles the privacy platform, policy implementation and experience across the business working with Security, Legal, Compliance, Data Management, Digital Experience, Product and Communications. The Privacy Product Manager will manage the Individual Rights Request process as a product from design to implementation. The ideal candidate will understand the consumer's expectations around privacy and legal and compliance privacy requirements. They will do so by building partnerships with skilled professionals across the organization and applying program and project management skills. Internalizes and represents the Voice of the customer throughout the Individual Rights Request Process. Coordinates across other functional areas to secure buy-in to deliver on the defined end-to-end customer experience. Works with product development to deliver high quality Privacy experience. Participates in the strategic and quarterly planning for enhancements to Individual Rights Request Process. Participates in defining product business and functional requirements. Reviews end to end privacy experience, with goal of identifying opportunities and risks.

Internalizes and represents the Voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.

Performs competitive analysis and conducts market research.

Teams with product development to deliver high quality products on time.

Participates in the strategic planning for enhancements to product content, pricing, packaging and features.

Assists in budgeting and variance analysis of product's unit and financial performance, with goal of identifying opportunities and risks. Concisely communicate trends, opportunities and risks, develop and defend POV for product features/benefits.

Conducts feasibility assessments, capability gap analysis (i.e., what is wanted vs. what is attainable).

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
