Fong Ilagan is a busy immigration law firm seeking a full time Case Manager to handle all consultations and new clients in family based and employment based immigration. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, intake process, preparing contracts, and assisting with other daily administrative duties. The position requires the candidate to be organized, adaptable, and able to take initiative. The Case Manager acts in a sales capacity by contacting phone and web leads as well as preparing service contracts for prospective clients. Ideal candidates are motivated, fast learning, and flexible. No experience in immigration law needed, but a legal background is preferred. Bi-lingual in Spanish is also preferred, but not required.
