Event Manager Jobs description
The event manager is responsible for the management of company projects, organization, and attending of project meetings. The event manager is also responsible for the development of proposals for project funding. He has to manage the inputs that are needed from different departments of the event in different projects. The event manager has to design the technical content of the dissemination/information tools that are part of the projects, like reports, leaflets and websites. The event manager is always in control of event project finances in close collaboration with the accounts division of the event. The event manager manages all details of the event including food and beverage, meeting specifications, audio visual, room block, deposit follow up, and VIP requests.Requirements for the post include:
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in a similar role;
- Excellent analytical, IT, and organizational skills (incl. budgetary / project management skills).
