Human Resource Manager Jobs description

A human resource manager is responsible for managing the HR personnel of a company or an organization. The human resource manager supervises the posting of advertisements, screening resumes and applications, setting of interviews etc. The human resource manager contacts executive recruiters for specialized postings and ensures all records are maintained and updated. He personally oversees the human resource department staff, and handles their issues and complaints. The human resource manager also awards incentives and appraisals to the HR staff on extraordinary performance in the HR field. The Human resource manager is also responsible for the implementation of various HR strategies and operational plans. He also directly reports to the Chief Executive. The human resource manager also provides support to the other managers on HR issues and recruitment of new candidates.

A job candidate for the position should at least be a graduate, a CIPD qualification and some years of experience will be preferred though. The prospective human resource manager should have proven good organizational skills and fair enough exposure and communication etiquette sense related to the HR field.
