Marketing Manager Jobs description
The marketing manager supervises the working of either a part of an organization or the organization as a whole. Marketing managers are endowed with certain responsibilities such as managing the employees, guide them to meet targets, formulate new policies and plan new assignments. The duties of the job profile vary according to the nature of the company, the title, field, and industry. He is expected to lead his team towards achievement of financial and other goals. The marketing manager is head of the marketing team and receives orders from the Vice=President or the CEO himself. The marketing manager is also responsible for online marketing via emails, website promotion, and other means. The marketing manager can also post ads on newspapers, introduce product offers, get press releases prepared and distributed to various organizations and even the common public for publicity of the said product.The marketing manager job candidate should at least be a graduate in marketing or business administration with profound experience in the field. Some also rise from the bottom to the top, gaining on experience year after year.
