Office Manager Jobs description
The Office manager has the ability to do project planning, including budgeting, schedule, resource allocation, and resource management. A competent and qualified Office manager is the liaison between the client and development team. The Office manager is responsible for business development and project management. The Office manager works under the executive management so he has to report daily to the Executive Manager about the status and working within the office and preserve all the documentation of the company. The office manager should have great multi-tasking abilities to maintain his composure and assign work to employees, maintain office records, and send emails to clients. He should execute the duties and responsibilities that are assigned to him obliging the rules and regulations of the organization.The Office manager should have at east bachelor\'s degree in any discipline. Most of the employers look for graduates in accounting and finance. Office manager should have around 2-3 years of experience in managing field. The Office manager should have strong business development, negotiation and influencing skills, including excellent phone, written and verbal communication skills.
