Service Manager Jobs
The managers who are dedicatedly assigned the customer service management aspects of the company are known as the Service managers. Duties of the service manager include recruiting, training and managing a team of service executives. He has to handle various service issues escalated by team members, analyze the customer base demographics, and report the findings. The service manager has to maintain and update the service policy manual with respect to the hotel or any other company or organization and ensure that the policies are followed properly. He has to coordinate with sales managers and logistics managers with the office cleanliness and decorum; and maintain service time and queues of employees regularly. The service manager has to ensure communication of promotional offers and benefits to regular and premium customers.
Applicants for the service manager position should have a Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in communication or hospitality management. Several years of experience in a customer service oriented role may be expected. Experience of managing or designing a brand management, customer loyalty program or even a customer retention program will prove to bean asset.
