Manager for the small equipment service program – Calibration Team
Governance team member for the Unity equipment maintenance program, oversight of Lab Operations support within BD
Leading the cultural and logistics effort in support of the Network as it relates to Biologics Development.
In addition, the ideal candidate will be able to identify and lead other efforts that drive the business such as consumable spend and lab space analysis.
Individual will interface with various levels of Biologics Development leadership, Finance, Procurement, External Partners and Legal.
Bachelor’s Degree required, major in a science or business discipline preferred.
Experience with Continuous Improvement tools such as Yellow Belt, Lean or Six Sigma preferred.
Proven ability to work across matrix teams to generate successful outcomes is required.
Experience working with external business partners is preferred.
Proficient in Use of Electronic Systems: Microsoft Office
Experience with SAP, ARIBA, Move-It
