The Manager, Technology Solutions acts as a liaison and collaborates with the business and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions. Decisions are typically related to resources, approach, and tactical operations for projects and initiatives involving own departmental area. Requires cross departmental collaboration, and conducts briefings and area meetings; maintains frequent contact with other managers across the department.

In this role, you'll lead a dynamic, cross-functional agile IT team to architect, implement, test and continuously deliver new features and products to our customers on our Medicare Actuarial (Pricing, Trending, Forecasting) Platform. You will closely work with key client stakeholders, act as a liaison and collaborates with the business and functional stakeholders to identify and deliver strategic enablement solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring business value, managing stakeholder expectations, and communicating outcomes. Decisions are typically related to resources, budgets, approach, and tactical operations for projects and initiatives involving own departmental area for day-to-day running. Should be able to function with minimal direction. Requires cross departmental collaboration, and conducts briefings and area meetings; maintains frequent contact with other managers and leaders across the departments.

Required Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in a field related to IT or Business or any STEM field of study
6 or more years of technical hands on experience in all aspects of SDLC related to open systems development in an Agile environment
2 or more years of management experience with responsibility over people, projects and software applications.
Solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and SDLC processes. Exposure and experience with DevOps, Automation, Cloud adoption is essential.
Possess 8 years of progressive experience in a large IT organization leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Excellent communication and presentation skills


Preferred Qualifications


Master's degree in the relevant field
Professional certifications in cloud technologies or SAFe Agile or Six Sigma
Prior experience with software tools used for analytics and modeling.
