Summary:

Director REGEN-COV Consumer Marketing will be responsible to develop and implement a comprehensive Consumer Marketing plan for REGEN-COV for Emergency Use Authorization and through FDA approval across a number of patient types and segments. Specific responsibilities include agency management, budget management, patient education materials development and implementation, campaign plan development and implementation.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a consumer strategy and tactical plan, including a new consumer campaign, for the pre-launch, launch and post-launch periods for our Emergency Use Authorizations and through FDA approval.

Develop and implement a plan for optimal channel distribution for communication with patients and caregivers including: CRM, direct marketing, in-office, print, with a strong emphasis in digital communications.

Develop innovative patient and caregiver focused tools and programs (e.g., disease education information and materials provided to patient, branded patient support tools/programs to improve HCP and patient communication, branded patient education information and materials provided to patient).

Work with cross functional teams to enhance the patient portion of the brand website.

Work closely with Patient Advocacy to Understand patient organization landscape and develop patient organization & advocacy strategy.

Partner with Corporate Communications to develop and integrate public relations patient strategies and programs.

Understand influential online websites/blogs or other initiatives that provide patient information to drive digital and social media strategies and create programs that reach beyond typical banner and paid search for accelerated brand awareness.

Work closely with marketing colleagues responsible for HCP and MedEd marketing to insure consistency of branding and complimentary tactics.

Manage budgets and closely monitor performance, ensuring cost effective delivery of all programs while tracking and monitoring KPI’s.

Understand and leverage trends in the marketplace impacting Consumer Marketing and competitive benchmarking to data driven strategic insights to inform of all patient/consumer marketing programs and tactics.

Provide support to the development of the overall brand strategy, functional plans and budget and ensures that patient-focused strategy and tactics are incorporated within the annual brand plan.

Requirements:

Must demonstrate ability to lead strategically, drive performance, build alignment, inform, negotiate, and collaborate.

Demonstrated competency in managing a consumer marketing effort for a new product launch.

Minimum of 8 years biopharmaceutical marketing experience with at least 3 in Consumer marketing.

Effective communication, both written and oral. Experience in delivering complex messages to various internal and external customers with a track record of effective and influential presentations.

Demonstrated initiative, creativity, strategic capabilities, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments.

Strong project and process management skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritize.

Proven team player with ability to navigate cross functionally.

Strong analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative.

Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA preferred.

Infectious disease experience a plus; Oncology/Immunology experience a plus

People management experience a plus
