Management and Staffing Support for Med/Surg, Swingbed and Observation patients in our Valley City, ND critical access hospital.
Responsible
for assisting with the direction, operations, and functions of the
Inpatient Department at Mercy Hospital. Assists in ensuring that patient
care services are of a high quality and delivered in the most efficient
manner. Assume an active role in applying standards of nursing practice
at Mercy Hospital. Delegates or shares responsibilities with nursing
staff, according to abilities, scope of practice, and defined
responsibilities. Actively participates in improving and maintaining the
healthcare environment, to promote patient safety and patient rights. ','!*!

Requirements:

Must
be a Registered Nurse

·        
Bachelor’s
Degree Required

·        
Minimum
of five years of nursing experience

·        
Must
meet the requirements described in the Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse Job
Description as baseline qualifications.
