The Special Events Manager supports the development office by developing and implementing comprehensive fundraising programs through the coordination and management of fundraising special events, and other revenue-generating activities. Duties include overseeing administrative details of special events including set up and monitoring ongoing needs, managing special event volunteers, and coordinating promotional materials, communications and new releases. This position will also be responsible for investigating and soliciting donations of in-kind services or goods to support the College.
Requirements:
Must have five years of progressively responsible experience in coordinating and managing special events.
Associates degree or equivalent credits from an accredited college or university.
Some weekends and evenings required.
